Meet your coach, Paul
I started my working career at an airport working on crew administration. From there I jumped to a banking apprenticeship before finding my way into an investment management back office. Through hard work I gained an opportunity to become a trainee portfolio manager. After moving firms 4 times over 9 years my career had progressed enough to set up a hedge fund. This eventually led to a job at Newton where I worked for the last 20 years of my career gravitating to Deputy CIO. Along the way I have been able to guide many talented colleagues and navigate the changing investment and political landscape that comes with working in a variety of different investment firms.

STAGE TWO- Planning. Where next. 3x1 hour sessions
Start with a 3-5 year goal and work backwards
What do you need to achieve that goal
Put in place a program based on yearly onjectives that when complete mean you have acheived your long term goal
STAGE THREE- Checking in. 6 monthly 1 1/2 hour sessions
Frequent review and evaluation is essential, as talents and careers develop.
